Do you have inside storage?
Yes, approximately 500,000 square feet of all steel totally enclosed buildings with asphalt paving.
Do you have outside storage?
Yes, approximately 17 acres on asphalt paving for recreational vehicle storage and 8 acres for outside commercial vehicle storage.
Is your outside storage on pavement or grass?
Outside storage is on concrete or asphalt.
How large is your facility?
We have 500,000 sq. ft. of inside storage and 25 acres of outside storage. Buildings are 42’ wide and 270 ft. long.
Do you have a dump station?
Yes, two for customers only.
Do you have a wash area?
Yes, there are 5 wash stalls for your convenience.
Do you have electricity?
For RV’s and Bass Boats.
What type of security do you have?
Our facility is completely fenced with a beaming system, lights, cameras, keypad electronic gate and security dogs.
What if something happens to my unit, do you have insurance?
Liability only.
What forms of payments do you acccept?
MasterCard, Visa, Check, Cash, ACH Bank Drafts, Pay Online using MasterCard or Visa.
How tall are the buildings?
The buildings have door heights of 16 feet and are 25 ft. wide
How far are you from the airport?
Approx. 20 miles mostly on Interstate highway or about 25 minutes driving time.
Do you have to sign a long term lease?
No our storage is set up for first and last month, then on a month to month basis.
Do you have individual stalls or is everything parked in one building?
We do have bays for individual parking, but most everything is parked inside buildings with other units. We control who goes into the buildings for security reasons. All outside parking areas have extremely wide aisles, (40 foot), and are on a 60° angle for easy parking.
Are the commercial vehicles mixed in with the recreational vehicles?
No, we have a separate 8 acre commercial lot with a different entrance for our commercial customers.
What are your hours?
Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sat-Sun 8:00 am to 1:00 pm are the office hours. We do have a 24 hour pickup area for the inside storage. Outside storage hours are 7:00 am to 8:00 pm seven days a week.
How do I get my unit?
We do valet parking for inside storage. You call during our office hours and let us know what time you want your unit and we pull it out for you.
When I return my unit do I park it in the building myself?
No, when returning a unit for inside storage the customer parks it in the staging area and then we put it away into the building.
How long have you been in business?
We opened 20 years ago.
